Law firm Hedman Partners is thrilled to announce the addition of finance law specialist to the ranks.
Kristen supports our attorneys mainly in corporate and financial law fields. He has practised law in the private and public sector, assisting attorneys in dispute resolutions, insolvency proceedings, contract law as well as in founding a fund managing company.
Kristen has also managed to study finance and international law abroad in the University of Zürich and ETH. Previously Kristen has held internships at a number of prominent law firms in Estonia and at the Ministry of Justice and Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications.
