Hedman Partners is acting as a collateral agent in 6,5 MEUR bond issue which was financed entirely through the capital markets. In total of more than 50 investors from the Baltics took part in it. The issuer of the bonds was Vega Residents OÜ which is a project company for development of a 12-storey building in Lasnamäe with nearly 300 apartments.
